You retain rights to your content (tasks, messages, profile text). You grant Kivi a limited license to store and process it to operate the service.

4. Virtual items and coins

Coins and items are virtual, have no real-world monetary value, and may be adjusted for balance, abuse prevention, and feature updates.

5. Access restriction and suspension

We may restrict or terminate access in cases of violations, abuse, security incidents, or when required by law.

6. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Material updates are communicated in-app or via other reasonable channels.

7. Liability limits

The service is provided as is, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
